Gruppo Dolci goes to WOFEX 2016

An event filled with sweets, surrounded by the flavors of the world—Gruppo Dolci’s first WOFEX experience was a blast. Visitors enjoyed several unique gelato flavors and a live demonstration of gelato-making from Chef Azura Othman of MEC3. Pastries and semifreddo desserts were served as well.

August 22 (Saturday) & 23 (Sunday), 2015
Day 1: August 22 from 4 pm to 7 pm 
Day 2: August 23 from 9 am to 1 pm

Price per participant: PHP 6,500. Maximum of 12 participants per session.

Masterchef Event Recap

 

Gruppo Dolci, in cooperation with our sister-company Fabtech Kitchens Unlimited, organised the first event in our new commissary on June 10, 2015 to showcase the vital link between equipment and ingredients. We partnered with two of our leading Italian suppliers: IceTeam 1927, a manufacturer of gelato equipment, and MEC3, a world renowned Italian producer of ingredients for gelato and pastry. 

The event attendees were not only able to see but also smell and taste the delicious food prepared by Chef Francesco and his team.
